1. Service Agreement
By using FXVPS services, you agree to these Terms of Service. FXVPS provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting services optimized for trading platforms including MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, NinjaTrader, cTrader, and TradingView. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and FXVPS ("Provider").
2. Acceptable Use
Services must be used for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use FXVPS services for any activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.
Prohibited Activities
- block Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- block Hosting malicious or illegal content
- block Attempting to breach security of other systems
- block Cryptocurrency mining or proof-of-work operations
- block Running Tor exit nodes or open proxy services
- block Distributing copyrighted material without authorization
3. Service Level Agreement
FXVPS guarantees 99.99% network uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations. Service credits will be issued for verified downtime exceeding the SLA threshold. See our full SLA document for detailed terms and credit schedules.
4. Payment Terms
Services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy
All plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee on initial purchases. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Renewals, upgrades, and add-on services are not eligible for refund. Yearly subscriptions cancelled after 7 days are subject to early termination fees.
6. Data & Privacy
FXVPS does not access, monitor, or store the content of your VPS. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We recommend using automated backup solutions for critical trading configurations. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data.
7. Limitation of Liability
FXVPS shall not be liable for any trading losses, including but not limited to losses caused by latency, downtime, hardware failure, or software errors. Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the month the issue occurred.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate service at any time. Customers can cancel through the client portal or by contacting support. FXVPS reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice. Upon termination, all data on the VPS will be permanently deleted within 48 hours.
9. Modifications
FXVPS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
