Network Uptime

Measured on a monthly basis

FXVPS guarantees 99.99% network uptime for all VPS services. This equates to a maximum of 4.32 minutes of unplanned downtime per month. Our infrastructure is built with redundant power, networking, and storage to exceed this target.

remove_circle_outline Scheduled maintenance (announced 48 hours in advance)
remove_circle_outline Issues caused by customer actions or software
remove_circle_outline Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.)
remove_circle_outline Third-party service outages (brokers, exchanges)
remove_circle_outline DNS propagation delays outside our control

If we fail to meet our uptime guarantee, you are entitled to service credits applied to your next billing cycle.

99.0% – 99.9% 25% credit
95.0% – 99.0% 50% credit
Below 95.0% 100% credit

description Claiming Credits

Service credit requests must be submitted within 30 days of the downtime event via support ticket. Include the following information:

  • arrow_right Your account email and VPS hostname
  • arrow_right Date and time of the outage
  • arrow_right Description of the impact on your service

Credits are applied to future invoices and do not exceed the monthly service fee for the affected VPS.
