Most forex trading broker out there are fraudulent. I have been a victim of their activities. I invested heavily and when its time to withdraw there was different excuses and was unable to reach their help service. I assume its technical issue, after like a week they called me to deposit more but i responded with my withdrawal issue and they stopped talk to me then i realized that i have been duped. I was so down to talk to anyone about it. After few weeks, my friend from the USA came visiting and mentioned about 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐳𝐞𝐫 service in USA assist in filing these scams report for refund purpose, I got sorted after 5 days of opening my ticket with this organization. Now these desk broker do not want to close my account and delete my data from their servers after that. 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐳𝐞𝐫 service will agitate them to release withdraws.

support was great, they were there straight away and brought up some guidance that I’d not seen before. Some systems on some sites are a tad convoluted, and look different on different sites, so when my card expires (like in this case), it can be easier & quicker to seek assistance and learn from that, than find a bunch of pages that aren’t what I want, less frustrating.

I opened an account with VT Markets in October 2023 and in total have deposited $4,500USD. I have since been able to build my account to $20,000 through a lot of diligent and disciplined trading. But now I’m trying to withdraw my funds and I have not been able to get any money out of the account. My first withdrawal request was to be credited back onto my credit card. This request was submitted and approved on their website 13 days ago (Feb 28th 2024) but still no money has been credited. I contacted support and they told me to send a bank statement as evidence. I have done this but have still not received a reply. I’ve since made another withdrawal request to my credit card and again no money has been credited. Today I made a withdrawal request to my bank account via wire transfer but they have just rejected it saying that the withdrawal needs to be made to my personal bank account. Even though I had to submit my personal bank statement to even be able to request a wire transfer. They took a while but did approve me for wire transfers. This request has been made to the same bank account that they approved! I have emailed them and explained this to them but so far no reply. I am starting to become very concerned that this broker is a fraudulent company and I’m not going to be able to get my money out. I’m really hoping that someone there will read this review and help me to get my funds back. I’ll update this review if I do hear from them. UPDATE: March 11th I have now finally received my first withdrawal request onto my credit card. I’m still waiting for the other two requests to be credited. I will update again if/when they appear. UPDATE #2: March 11th I have now received the wire withdrawal request made to my bank account so things are looking a lot better. Just one more withdrawal request left to be credited to my credit card.
