I was trading EURJPY during new and had a bit of drawdown. When I go margin called, I tried depositing more money to keep the position open but they declined all my requests. Tried all the possible deposit methods but they were all declined. Even tried to deposit to another account so that I could do an internal transfer bit that didn’t work. But as soon as I was stopped out, I could deposit again. Never trading on this platform again. This is good bye. And don’t even try to reply with one of those generic support messages you post on here. This is just to inform other users of your business practices. 🤬😤

Dont ever bother with this broker, they are a complete scam and your hardwork will be rendered useless. My friend traded AUTODESK earnings and they also put a take profit on it, they will never let winning trades run!

They stole my money before I could start trading. I tried to deposit 20 dollars worth of Ethereum, with a 9 dollar fee for the transfer ( what is that?!) then they rejected the transaction and kept my money. I was only refunded 10 dollars. Then I went to customer service which isn’t helping me. Total bummer because I thought it was trustworthy. I recommend avoiding this broker because they will probably steal your money just like they did to me. How can I trust them with my trading if they are going to steal my money before I even start? ( Not to mention charge 9 dollars to deposit)

AUDCAD spread is too high compare to AUDNZD and NZDCAD. Normally AUDCAD spread will be lower than AUDNZD and NZDCAD for all brokers.
