I joined BDSwiss yesterday, while I was registering I made a typing error entering my DOB. This contradicted the document I had uploaded for my ID Verification as DOBs did not match. I reached out to support via Live chat and was referred to Mochammad R. He managed to resolve and verify my account once the discrepancy was addressed and fixed. All was done within 10mins.
