I’m still wondering why people rate this broker so low. Competitors maybe because if you filter only verified you’d see that mostly jealous reviewer. Trying this broker with mt5 I’d 305804582 and I realized it’s the only time I traded without any kind of funny pullbacks and chart manipulation. Support was active on whatsapp and responded instantly. Keep up XM.

it’s not profitable for trading cryptocurrency on xm, the adjustment of swap rates as well as expanding the spread are very frequently done, trading on bitcoin used to have $500 spread, but as the recent rises of bitcoin pushed up the spread to $900+ as well, MATIC is the worst case. It used to be some $0.004 spread back in 2022, and it’s now $0.014 with very expensive swaps to maintain the trading position.

I deposited 4300 INR on 4th march. I did not credited in my trading account. Since 4th I an still calling indian customer care. And support as well as Belize city head office. I did not get any reply except that they are investigating 4300 INR like al Qaeda send them money. This is totally brazen for any forex prop firm. They should immediately shut down. But the biggest fraud like FSC Belize does not care. I send them emails too. I really want to know where my payment is gone? Eaten by earth or swallowed by ocean or gone with the wind. I again say if you are not able to rectify this problem.. You should stop your customer care services or get an FBI or CIA for my deposit… My account no is 42372208. Indian customer service are good for nothing.. Goodbye… See you in crime branch office India..
