After 2 weeks of back and forth with Murilo, who is the person who was helping me resolve the problem of a FALSE PROMOTION that I stated here in my last review, Hantec contacted me saying they wanted to resolve this issue. Nothing was resolved. They asked me for more money so they could give me my credit back. So guys, don’t believe in any type of promotion from this company and if you want to try it. Ask for full disclosure or contract, and don’t just take your account manager’s word for it. I lost $1000 dollars because of this.
