For over a year I’ve Been asking to resolve the same issue with adding funds into my account with visa MasterCard option with no resolution. I get told to email support and account manager, now been given finance dept email. I’ve sent screenshots all it says is payment failed. Is this because of new deposit limit or something else. Dunno cz no response!! DRASTIC Decline in business practice, lack of customer care, FORGET about getting response from account manager. Will take your money in a heartbeat, Withdrawals however will have you jumping through hoops like your at the circus. Has become a headache At this point it’s better to close my account as I haven’t been able to add funds all this time.

This company has declined from what it used to be. In a short amount of time you have done a great of destroying something that use to be good. I have yet to see a day using a prime account where the spreads are as low as 0.1. You charge the average of high spreads (even for majors and high liquid markets) + a commission. Why is the spread of EURUSD for example 1.2 during the highest and most liquid moment of the day? This makes zero sense. And on top of that you charge extra commission for a prime and institutional account. I can open an account with other competitors that actually provide lower spreads without commissions. And the customer service went from great to horrible. I don’t seem to get anything done these days. Tradingview, always errors after errors while trading having a huge affect on my trading. I have to log off and on again to take a trade. It’s just an unfriendly environment for a trader let alone a short term day trader. It shouldn’t be frustrating to trade but this is what blackbull markets has become. I hate to leave negative reviews, but my patience with Blackbull Markets is done. I have to move to another platform.
