My experienced with this company was very bad. I opened and deposited an account sometime in February 2020. At first, I deposited a little amount and invested it for a daily profit of 4% per day. After a couple of days, I successfully withdrew a little amount just to try if their withdrawal is working. Then, changes happened sometime in March. I made an additional USD100 deposit to comply with their new minimum deposit requirement. To my surprise, I couldn’t withdrew my funds anymore. The support informed me that I have to open a new account and deposit a minimum of USD100 again. Then, I have to link my old account to new account for merging the funds. I didn’t open a new account though. Then on April, they offered a new feature on their site about token mining without investing. I was assisted by Cyhthia very well on how to setup the mycelium wallet. I invested a little more than the minimum just to try this new feature. The mining didn’t worked for a couple of days. Cynthia instructed me to setup again and follow her instructions step by step. Sending all the screenshots every step and the setup was successful. After a day, all my money in mycelium wallet was gone. Cynthia told me that they’re not responsible for my wallet knowing that they have all the info in mycelium wallet. I loss around USD200 to 300 from this company.
